Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the Contact or Book a Meeting form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, does not create a contract between us. A service engagement only begins once both parties have agreed and signed a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and cancellation terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, code, text and branding of this website belong to Braluso Digital and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Any content or brand assets a client provides to us remain that client's property.

Third-party services

This site may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel (only after cookie consent), and links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability
